Questions before you start
Where does Nominal Builders work?
We welcome enquiries from Northwest Tucson, Marana, Oro Valley and Dove Mountain. Send the project location to confirm fit and availability.
What should I send for an estimate?
Your city or ZIP code, the work you want, approximate dimensions if known and a few photos. Include drawings or selected products if you already have them.
Can I ask about a project involving several services?
Yes. Describe the full project, such as a covered patio with concrete, carpentry and roofing, so the combined scope can be reviewed.
Are metal roofing enquiries open?
Yes. We are developing the offering and reviewing installation and replacement enquiries. The particular system, responsibilities and scope are confirmed for each proposal.
Do you publish fixed prices or completion times?
The scope, property conditions, materials, approvals and availability determine the estimate and schedule. Those details are established for your project.
Who handles permits and design?
The written agreement should identify responsibility for plans, engineering and permits where needed. Requirements depend on the property jurisdiction and work; see the local planning links on our service-area pages.
Can I send project photographs?
Yes. The estimate form accepts up to three JPG, PNG or WebP photos within the stated size limits.
What happens after I submit the form?
The site displays a reference for the saved request. Nominal Builders reviews the details to establish project fit and the next step. Keep the reference if you need to follow up.
