Meet David Garza
Nominal Builders is led by owner and operator David Garza, a master builder with more than 35 years of industry experience. David grew up in Southwest Arizona and started learning the trades at the age of 15. Surrounded by experienced builders and craftspeople, he developed his skills the old-fashioned way by working, watching, listening, and earning knowledge over time. Those early years shaped not only his technical ability, but also his values. He learned that shortcuts always show, details matter, and a builder’s name is tied to the quality of every finished job.
